3) After clicking on [edit], you will reach this screen. Enter your supplier’s details then click on the tick to exit.
5) To move to the next field, press [Enter], [Tab] or the across arrow].
8) After the health fund number, enter the selling, cost price and quantity, eg. if you have 10 frames from the same supplier which cost $50 each, then the cost price is $50 * 10 = $500 stock value. The selling price may be left at $100.
10) Type in if any GST tax is included, eg. before July 2000, tax = 0. After, July 2000, tax on frames, for example = 10%. Do not tick 10% GST until 1st of July.
12) When the stock from the same supplier has different values, put an average under the heading cost price. For example when some frames are $40 and other frames are $50, then you would put an average in instead, eg. $45. If you don’t know the stock price, put in an average.
15) The Dispensing card, the frame description, model, colour and size.

21) Find: [Daily Use] in the left hand menu option list.
